About Order Tracking

You may check the status of your order any time after you placed it. Click the link “Order Tracker” at the top of any shop pages.

In the order history page, payment and shipping status of your order will show at the top. Then is the items of your order.  Your chosen payment method will show at the bottom.  You can revise it before you submit your payment information.

Payment Status

Waiting for payment submission We received your order and waiting your payment information submission.
Payment Confirmed We confirmed your payment.
Waiting for payment confirmation We  had received your payment information but need to verify your payment information.

Shipping Status

Waiting for shipping The order is not ship yet.
Shipped The order items was shipped.
